One of the prominent global leader in electrification, automation and digitalization, Siemens, in a yet another of its first, decided to host their annual Siemens India Business Conclave and Siemens Finance Days together. The rationale behind the decision was to bring the entire management team under one roof and discuss about individual business units and its impact on the bottom line.
With the benefit of the experience of having previously worked on both events, NeoNiche was clear in the line of thought regarding what is required to make this one of a kind event a success for both parties. Taking extra attention towards the multitude of elements, which culminated into an overarching theme, the concept Raising the Bar was conceptualized.
Understanding the scale of the event, we immediately set out to create an end-to-end experience for all the Siemens attendees. The first step was to decide a suitable venue for over 300 attendees accounting for sufficient facilities for the conference, accommodation for guests and a venue with innate scenic beauty, therefore, Renaissance, Powai was finalized.
After a thorough recce of the entire venue, the NeoNiche team dived in the ideation of stage design, venue banding, entertainment options, interactive zones and photo-ops in line with the brief. As an inauguration element, we created a video of mountaineers climbing up towards the summit through multiple hardships, which symbolized Siemens employees reaching their goals despite adversities.
The main stage set-up was executed to create a larger-than-life impact. From the use of several large display screens to novel décor elements and the creative use of branding and lighting, the set-up itself created a visual spectacle. Using thematic branding and customized, we also developed an engagement activity using an exercise bicycle. As each attempt required an opponent, the activity brought out the competitive spirit and resulted in a resounding success.
The photo op, which incorporated some of Siemens core values, allowed participants to click a picture of themselves as future leaders. With more than 400 senior management executive from the seven businesses of Siemens India Ltd, execution was the key factor in making this a successful event. Overall, with a lot of work, the Siemens event flowed seamlessly across all three days. Siemens personally congratulated NeoNiche on the spectacular set-up and for the overall experience that we engineered.
