Zscaler’s flagship event, Zenith Live 2024, brought together existing and prospective customers in Sydney, Mumbai, and Singapore in September 2024. Focused on showcasing product advancements and groundbreaking innovations, the event positioned Zscaler as a leader in the IT security space. NeoNiche Integrated Solutions took pride in managing the end-to-end execution of the Mumbai event and delivering seamless registration systems across all three locations.
Understanding Zscaler’s goal to break free from the monotony of traditional IT conferences, NeoNiche curated a distinctive experience that resonated with the event theme, “Zero Trust Meets AI.” Starting with meticulous venue planning, we transformed the show floor into an immersive environment, complemented by an upbeat opening act and musically synced Xylobands that symbolized community and unity among attendees.
The event reached its pinnacle during the keynote session featuring cricket legend Virender Sehwag, whose fearless persona mirrored Zscaler’s aggressive approach to innovation and market leadership. The evening closed on a high note with lively entertainment that left a lasting impression on all attendees.

The scope of work included assisting with venue selection and designing a show floor that optimized the attendee journey. A seamless registration management system was developed, incorporating a microsite, an event app, and automated CRM integration to streamline communications and enhance user convenience. Additionally, we provided a live dashboard for Zscaler’s sales team to track attendee interests and foster real-time engagement.
Our efforts extended to crafting an engaging experience for attendees by curating interactive zones, such as gesture-based games and solution demonstration pods.
