The 2018 edition of India Economic Conclave, a prominent event regarding the nation’s key growth drivers, focused on the aspects required to uplift the India’s economy to a USD 5 trillion economy.
This landmark event organized by the Times Network on an annual basis, is also broadcasted on television. With prominent leaders from the Government and private players coming together, it’s a paramount platform to discuss current issues and the way forward for India.
Senior Government officials, decision-makers and renowned personalities such as Mr. Kishore Biyani (Founder & CEO – Future Group), Dr. Mark Mobius (Founder – Mobius Capital Partners LLP), Mr. Ashish Chauhan (MD & CEO – Bombay Stock Exchange) and Mr. Ranveer Singh (renowned Bollywood actor). Mr. Arun Jaitley (Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs) also conducted a session via video conference to discuss India’s economic growth and the way forward for the government and private players.
The event also witnessed the prominent presence of Mr. Devendra Fadnavis (Chief Minister of Maharashtra), Mr. Amitabh Kant (CEO – NITI Aayog), Mr. Uday Kotak (MD & CEO – Kotak Mahindra Bank), Mr. Harsh Mariwala (Chairman – Marico Ltd.) and Baba Ramdev (Yogi & Founder – Patanjali Ayurved Ltd.).
Understanding their objective for this year’s conclave, we set out to work with careful planning on our mission for creating a seamless event experience engaging attendees and the guest speakers alike. Through an extensive recce of the venue, keeping in mind the indigence of the event to be televised, we used an end-to-end display bringing out the grandness of the stage. Creatively placing branding on the main stage, we utilized dynamic visuals to re-emphasize every topic being discussed so attendees have thorough visibility similar to television viewers.
The event, attended by over 500 delegates from diverse backgrounds provided a networking space for them to understand a new perspective of India’s current economic, social and political climate.
