Tesco Annual Day
Exploring the brief for an on-ground event for Tesco’s annual day after 3 years, NeoNiche understood that going all out on all fronts was the only answer to executing this event to the standards set by the CEO Dr Sumit Mitra. The briefing started just about 2 weeks before the event data and the Bengaluru team took charge of all the elements and details being quick-footed and quick-witted with their solutions for the imperative day.
More than 3000 colleagues were welcomed in the new KTPO Trade Centre, Whitefield, Bengaluru providing a larger-than-life scale event with a magnanimous stage and an array of engagement activities. The Hologauze or scrim screen content for the strategy launch was the highlight of the event as this gave attending colleagues an experience of a lifetime. The second highlight was the entry of the CEO Dr Sumit Mitra assisted by a kabuki drop and a massive confetti blast.
The event’s success had the core team as well as the CEO of Tesco singing praises for NeoKnights, for their efforts and meticulous attention to detail. In the words of Dr Sumit Mitra himself, “Naveen pulled the bunny out of the hat, as they were about to cancel the event completely for this year as they couldn’t find an appropriate partner to execute up to their level of standards”.
