Bringing alive the brand personality to create unique experiences
Suse, a company who pioneered the Linux systems and software-infrastructure decided to host their Expert Days for clients, prospects and partners in Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi. The objective of the event was to showcase the latest innovations in technology and bring together IT leaders from across the country.
After receiving the brief, we were quick to create engaging touch points and visually stunning designs for the stage and branding elements. After discussing the finer elements of the event, Suse appointed us for the entire set-up, creative and technical production.
We set to work by crafting an immersive attendee journey. Every element at the main event featured eye-catching branding and vibrant colours in line with Suse’s brand personality. From the registration desk to in-venue standees, the event had an overarching theme of green.
We started the event with a ceremonial lamp lighting on stage. Senior executives from Suse’s global and local teams were chosen to ignite the lamp including Peter Lees, Rahul Gupta and Anup Pimpale. A special exhibition zone for sponsors was created to showcase the latest solutions being developed for businesses. The exhibition zone was a big hit among attendees who were eager to know how newer softwares could help in organizational transformation.
A special mascot in the form of Suse’s chameleon was also present to build excitement and spread cheer amongst the attendees. A number of attendees clicked pictures with the adorable mascot who kept moving from one area to the next.
C-level executives from multinational companies were among attendance at the main event. A total of 200 participated in the landmark conference. Suse truly appreciated our extensive production and technical capabilities which helped deliver a seamless event for their stakeholders.
