Snowflake DCWT Multi-city
Snowflake planned an 8-city tour in the APJ region with 3 of them in India for the Data Cloud World Tour. NeoNiche was finalized as the agency of choice to deliver a seamless and integrated experience across Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru.
The tour was planned to share about the Data Cloud’s newest capabilities, including how the Data Cloud is global, self-managed, programmable and governed, and supports virtually all data workloads. Also, where attendees could hear stories from local customers about how they use the Data Cloud to eliminate data silos and provide governed access to nearly all their data thanks to near-infinite elastic resources powering their data workloads.
A partner dinner was arranged a day prior to the conference day. Considering the audience profile, the event was curated to create an engaging day of conference filled with insightful speaker sessions and engagement activities. To track the attendee journey at all the touchpoints, the attendees were given RFID badges. The event kick-started with a laser man show as the opening act, which highlighted on important aspects of the world tour leading up to the logo unveiling.
The sessions were led by Mr. Sanjay Deshmukh, Sr. VP, India and ASEAN, Mr. Murad Wagh, Director of Sales Engineering, India, Mr. Soumya Simanta, VP – Data & ML Platforms, Swiggy, Ms. Mona Eldam, Managing Director – Technology, Morgan Stanley and many more. The highlight of the conference was a motivational session by Former captain of the Indian football team, Mr. Bhaichung Bhutia on the topic of ‘Going for the Goal’. The conference concluded with Happy Hour networking sessions with the theme of ‘India on a Plate’.
To keep the attendees engaged throughout, the team came up with the idea of ‘passport program’ where each attendee was given an empty passport to be stamped at various booths and engagement activities like the anti-gravity photo booth to be eligible for a lucky draw and a chance to be felicitated by Mr. Bhaichung Bhutia.
NeoNiche also collaborated with Grow-trees, an NGO, to come up with a CSR action plan to plant trees under the name of attendees upon them taking a pledge and they received a certificate as well. A spectacular event through and through which was not only well appreciated by the client but also enjoyed by every attendee. The cherry on the top came from the client speaking about future events and asking NeoNiche to start working on curating more innovative ideas for them.
