Delivering a seamless multi-geographical experience using technology for a multinational conglomerate
One of the largest conglomerates in the world, Siemens, hosted their annual Mobility Meet in India across four cities – Mumbai, Gurgaon, Nashik and Bangalore. We partnered with Siemens to support them in terms of creative designs, stage and overall event set-up.
We used our expertise in integrated marketing solutions to effectively convey the central theme of ‘Building for the Future’ throughout the event experience. Understanding the key elements of the core message were focus, accountability and adaptability, we set to work with on a strategic event plan to showcase the Siemens #PassionforMobility.
From creative team building activities to entertaining performances, every element was carefully planned to incorporate the central theme. Starting with an engaging photo op, attendees were given a choice of signs to hold and pose with their friends.
A key element in the agenda was the live webcast of the keynote that was broadcasted from Mumbai to the other three cities to mimic a uniform experience. Shortly after, we invigorated the attendees with a musical activity that had them engaged and alert for the next session, a stimulating panel discussion.
To drive teamwork amongst the employees, we infused the agenda with a puzzle-based activity which had employees work together to solve this peculiar puzzle. Through this activity, we reinforced the core message of accountability and focus with each person playing a unique role.
It concluded with internal performance by the Mobility team where they could showcase their individual talents. Timely set-up between each performance had to be carried out efficiently to ensure there was no break in flow. The event was organised seamlessly across locations and we managed to deliver an end-to-end experience that reinforced the central theme and key message to their 600+ employees.
