The objective of the first Innovation Day by Siemens in Mumbai, was to bring together 300 high profile representatives from government, business, media and finance in an environment which reflected the agenda of exploring new avenues in the field of digitization.
To announce the launch of four MindSphere Application Centres across India, a theme on ‘Unlock the Potential with Digitalization’ was conceptualized. Design thinking (focus on unique solutions and eye for planning and detail) was the key measure of NeoNiche service – from planning to execution – given that the agenda indicated simultaneous focus on major sessions ranging from keynote address to exhibition and press interactions.
The go-to solution was obtaining a right mix of technology and creative thinking to keep the theme around digitalization as vibrant and engaging as feasible with minimalistic yet an effective branding.
The placement of a 40’ Curve LED set with acrylic cut-out message- #UnlockThePotential was presented on the main dais. Simultaneous press interactions were looked after while the event’s highlight – Exhibition Zone, was prioritized at all times to showcase Siemens India’s potential on a global level.
Optimum utilization of limited space available in an interactive, space-focused set-up for the Exhibition Zone ensured that each attendee connects with all the elements, majorly MindSphere, in this zone thereby experiencing, the game-changing efforts of Siemens on technological front.
