Showcasing ‘Machine-in-design’ for a leading multinational healthcare company
Siemens Healthineers – a leader in medical innovation wanted to create a big impact for their two day Customer Meet where they discussed the latest technology and developments in medical imaging. The event included a special focus on Siemens SOMATOM, a new CT Scanner which established new industry standards for medical imaging in cardiology, paediatrics and oncology.
We set to work on creating a visually stunning experience that would reflect the landmark development. Taking inspiration from the SOMATOM scanner, we incorporated ‘machine-in-design’ to showcase the stage as a representation of the fluid machine, complemented by the use of an innovative podium which reflected the front view of the machine.
The main theme – ‘Today is about tomorrow’ was exemplified through the use of modern machinery and designs throughout the entire event. As attendees arrived, they were greeted by a registration desk with the event core visual representing the technological journey of medical equipment.
At the main event, several prominent doctors from leading healthcare institutions featured as speakers for the highly targeted audience. The first day was designated for cardiology and acute care while the second day focused on functional and advanced imaging in computed topography.
On the first night, we organized a ‘Desi’ themed Gala Dinner which truly captured the essence of Delhi through scrumptious local food and beverages, enthralling Bollywood music and striking visual décor resembling the nation’s capital.
Attendees also had the opportunity to understand the growth of the company and their developments through the years from a ‘History Wall’ which denoted major medical breakthroughs from 1974 to 2019. In addition, a unique photo op with core theme messaging was designed for attendees to capture the next generation mindset. The event was an overwhelming success and the Siemens Healthineers team commending us on the creative visuals, set design, management and delivery.
