Celebrating the “game changers” of Siemens with flare and exuberance
When 125 chosen leadership representatives of Siemens India and its group companies assemble together to brainstorm and draw the route for future, it is a game changing dynamic that needs to be developed, and it requires a game changing environment.
When NeoNiche put forth this insight, it was a quick favourite with Siemens and the annual event for various Finance and related departments instantly became one of the most awaited event.
To conceptualize an immersive experience on the theme of “Game Changers face the constantly Changing Games”, we went on to incorporate distinctive elements at every touchpoint. Celebration and networking for top employees from the Finance, Legal, Compliance, SCM and IT communities spread across various businesses in India was on top of the agenda.
To emphasize upon the theme, we encapsulated the changing games feeling and to add a twist to the plot, an activity was conducted where a set of skills required for one game were to be applied to another. A massive technology-driven setup was implemented on-ground. This involved making a seating arena that resembles a stadium with LED screens on 3 sides and a floor LED that would host various sporting courts, aligned as per the agenda.
A very big challenge that was tackled and triumphed upon on site, was that such an elaborate setup was built on-ground in less than 9 hours. For this lights were pre-programmed, watch out servers were lined up at the workshop and the fabrication units had their setups rehearsed, well in advance for a flawless turnaround of narrative experiences.
The theme was further elaborated by weaving in relevant content with planned and flawless transitions. The setup aligned beautifully with the theme and objective of the event thus creating an element of interest and through engagement amongst the delegates.
