Utilising our previous experience to spearhead the first of its kind internal event for a global leader in industrial manufacturing
For the first time, Siemens decided to host its annual F.A.C.E. and F.A. Conference together in Delhi. Individually, the two-day events have separate target audiences besides a slight overlap in senior management.
Keeping in mind the key concept of automation, we focused on designing the conference for manufacturers to embrace technology and transform their business into a digital enterprise. After a brainstorming session, ideation, realisation and utilisation came out as the three pillars on which the event would be based.
Setting to work with digitisation as a cornerstone of the theme, the right mix of technology and décor elements were used to showcase the power of automation in the real world. Using the event as a platform to display their latest developments, we set up a micro fair to demonstrate the capabilities of automation technologies in a business context.
During the course of the event, several breakout sessions were incorporated for attendees to delve into the intricacies of the solutions. We organised a wild west-themed team building session based on the key message of ideation for attendees to collaborate and come up with innovative solutions.
Towards the end, we carefully curated an internal awards program blending innovative performances including sand art and a euphony band with traditional dances. After the awards program, attendees could enjoy themselves at a cultural-based gala dinner and DJ night to conclude the event with everyone in a joyous mood.
It was necessary to effectively use our expertise as an event management agency to ensure the successful execution of the conference. Siemens appreciated our careful planning and attention to detail that led to a grand experience for all the 300+ attendees.
