NeoNiche bowls over DHL at its Growth Sales Meet
NeoNiche once again partnered with DHL to roll out the second chapter of its Growth Sales Meet. Titled One Dream Team – Volume 2, the event invites its stellar sales and marketing personnel for a three-day get-together to discuss business achievements, goals and targets for the upcoming year, and balances work with play.
The muse this time was Lucknow, the Golden City of the East, where around 80 of the company’s finest sales and marketing personnel got together for the annual gala. The three days were a symphonic blend of a corporate euphoria, cultural experiences, and team spirit.
All the nitty-gritties were thought through to the last detail. Right from personalised welcomes and a thematic leadership presentation to designing and executing a high-octane Hackathon, NeoNiche set the stage to unleash entrepreneurial and team spirit from the get go.
A potpourri of activities were crafted to keep the moods elevated. Laughter rippled across lush lawns as teams battled it out in minute-madness activities and Speed Networking sprints. The evening transformed into a dazzling awards ceremony, recognizing high performers and igniting celebration with dance battles and mimicry.
The show-stopper was the Lucknow City Race, inspired by AXN’s famed Amazing Race, that was conceptualized and executed by NeoNiche. The city transformed into a giant game board as teams raced through bustling market lanes, savoured local delicacies, and created viral reels, looking for clues and finally culminating in a heart-warming finale at the Tanatan Restaurant.
The Result: the audience was highly enthused, energized, and engaged and parted with great memories of three days well spent with their leadership and peers.
