NeoNiche with its expertise in creating numerous loyalty programs for its clients was mandated for the same by McAfee and the outcome was an online portal www.mcafeerakshak.com.
This portal was designed to act as a complete resource centre where multiple access levels were created for McAfee channel partners. On accessing this, the McAfee partners were privy to relevant white papers, artworks and marketing collaterals prompting it’s usage on a day to day basis.
The portal also managed the loyalty points resellers earned, which could be redeemed against an extensive gift catalogue.
McAfee Rakshak Loyalty Program was created as a single product folio’s successful implementation platform to recognise and empower the system integrators as individuals through a quarterly point redemption program.
As a simple business to consumer plan, a customized strategy was implemented through the portal to appreciate and encourage efforts of system integrators on a single-installation basis.
It was made into a very user-friendly and fair pattern to emphasize on the step by step achievement of the individual.
The program was filtered out of many proposed schemes to ensure the right message gets across without it becoming a complicated structure to follow after considering all the knacks and tricks of digital marketing. Hence, the objective to encourage existing active partners to do more business by way of more spiffs, better benefits, additional attention & marketing tools to sell better was successfully acquired.
