KAS Thrive 2022
‘Leaders lead with vision and example’. The qualities which were exhibited during this year’s KAS Thrive conference by the KAS Group Asia as well as NeoNiche team. Amid various covid protocols, it was decided to conduct a hybrid version of the event with about 110 managers and leaders from Asia and Australia flying down to Bangkok, Thailand and over 250 people connecting virtually from the comfort of their homes.
The agenda for the 3-day conference was laid out with insightful sessions and various fun engagement activities for both the on-ground as well as the online audience. The thematic décor elements and networking activities were also extended on the virtual platform to create a memorable experience for all the attendees in the post-covid era.
The journey of experience started right from the pre-event communication with curated fun activities which the guests could participate in virtually. Engaging them in thematic selfie competitions led to a burst of energy which continued till the leaders and managers arrived at the Amari Watergate in Bangkok to experience the cultural welcome and effortless check-in process.
The guests were taken to The Hilton, Bangkok for an indulging dining experience at the 360-degree roof top lounge, which set the course for the day after conferences. Levelling up, year after year, the conference was diligently customized to rake in immersive and interactive session as well as panel discussions which inspired tomorrow’s leadership towards action.
Networking sessions followed and KAS Group Asia was seen coming as one, with one vision and one mission towards their journey of future targets. The décor elements designed to inculcate the theme and put across the messaging of Thrive were an extension from the first point of communication making the whole conference experience effervescent.
The paramount outcome of the conference came to being NeoNiche acting as an extended arm of KAS Group Asia by collaborating at various levels from ideating for the event leading up to exhibiting thematic ideas and innovating to the echelons of the leaders and managers who attended it.
