The grand finale of most prestigious and prominent real estate awards
To boost the enthusiasm in the real estate sector of India, and reward its excellent performances, CNBC-AWAAZ, presented the 12th Real Estate Awards 2017-18, India’s largest and most credible Real Estate Awards. It was initiated in the 4 zones of the country before the grand finale of national awards for the first time.
The event was focussed on recognizing some of the biggest influencers in the sector and hence necessitated a prominent set-up that would be attractive and represent their purpose while keeping its focus on the award winners.
The strategy of using a skyline as a pervasive element in all the touchpoints and majorly accommodating it as a background by NeoNiche was well received.
Furthermore, every décor element incorporated was conceptualized to resemble the view of a metropolitan city. Using a grand and life-size plasma screen as part of the backdrop, different LED skins were further emphasized in thematic manner.
The event branding diligently incorporated to reflect the theme throughout the venue starting right from the registration desk. The design of stage itself was so elaborately set-up, that it resembled an open road surrounded by greenery heading towards a metropolitan city. For the keynote and panel discussion, the stage was articulated to reflect the tricolours of Indian national flag that was further highlighted with the intelligent deployment of lights.
Cabaret-styled seating during the award ceremony added to the highlight of the day with trophies designed to represent a towering skyscraper winning hearts, replicating the landscape view once again. Industry giants such as Kalpataru, Rustomjee, Lodha and L&T were amongst the winners of this prestigious award in the grand ceremony.
