Engineering an information-rich experience for attendees by leveraging client expertise.
A leader in machine learning and analytics solutions, Cloudera planned on hosting their one-day conference for data professionals in Mumbai. ‘Cloudera Sessions’ was created with the intention of spreading awareness and knowledge regarding the latest technological developments such as cloud computing, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
The aim was to leave a lasting impression amongst the delegates and hence, Cloudera decided to bring the smartest minds in analytics under one roof and provide invaluable insights while simultaneously improving brand recall. Their extensive list of customers were also invited to the networking event to apprise them about the key developments over the last year.
Conceptualizing on the central theme of ‘Think Big. Start Smart. Iterate Often.’ we curated an end-to-end attendee interaction experience that would inform, educate and equip delegates with enterprise-wide solutions to increase efficiency and build on current capabilities.
As the delegates were welcomed in to the venue, they were guided to the main hall through strategic digital signs placed within the hotel. The walkway also contained key event information such as the agenda, keynote speakers and sponsors via standees placed along the path. Arriving at the main hall, they were greeted with larger than life branding in the form of the registration desk which reflected the client’s core ideology.
For both Cloudera and NeoNiche, CSR formed a crucial part of our corporate missions. As we understood the client requirements as our own, we swiftly came to a consensus and decided to host a standalone activity completely dedicated to CSR. After a few discussions, we agreed upon eco-friendliness as a common cause we would strive towards. We tied up with an NGO – Pangea Eco Net Assets Pvt. Ltd. – to provide e-certificates to all attendees who wrote a message on environmental conservation and placed it around a unique motif tree.
Keeping in mind that several journalists and media representatives would form a part of the attendees, a special media area was designated for interviews and 1-on-1 sessions with the Cloudera management team. The showcase zone where sponsors and partners had set up special booths to discuss their unique solutions formed a key component of audience engagement.
Over 200 delegates attended the one-day conclave and a majority of the attendees complimented Cloudera on the information-rich discussion they brought to the table. After the event, Cloudera congratulated us on our designs, production and execution of the event and appreciated our flexibility in dealing with unanticipated issues in a prompt and organized manner.
