Our collaboration with Asian Paints PPG for their Sales Conference 2024 exemplified this commitment. Held from July 18th to 20th at The Leela Palace in Jaipur, the event was designed to honor the dedication of the Asian Paints PPG Sales team while laying the groundwork for future growth and innovation.
NeoNiche was entrusted with comprehensive event management, including end-to-end event planning and execution. Our responsibilities spanned from the initial stages to post-event follow-up. To provide a well-rounded experience, we curated activities that allowed attendees to immerse themselves in the local culture, ensuring a balance between business objectives and authentic cultural engagement.
From the moment attendees arrived at The Leela Palace, they were welcomed with a traditional Rajasthani touch, setting a culturally rich tone for the event. Specially curated kits were provided to each participant, enhancing their experience and making them feel valued. The event’s flow was meticulously managed, featuring smooth transitions from business sessions to team-building activities, such as a lively Drum Circle that fostered camaraderie among the participants.
One of the standout moments was the zonal entry, where groups entered with flags, creating a sense of unity and enthusiasm. The evening celebrations were equally impressive, featuring thematic décor and live performances that left a lasting impression. The “Royal Entry” of Mr. Amit Syngle, CEO of Asian Paints PPG, added grandeur to the proceedings, followed by a series of engaging performances, including an internal talent showcase that highlighted the diverse skills within the team.
On the final day, attendees enjoyed a guided sightseeing tour of Jaipur, including visits to the City Palace and local markets, which further deepened their connection to the city and its rich heritage.
The event featured two evening celebrations designed to captivate and entertain. The themes for these nights were carefully chosen to reflect both the local culture and the spirit of the conference. The first evening embraced a traditional Rajasthani vibe, while the second celebrated the outstanding performers within the organization, culminating in an awards ceremony that was both elegant and memorable. Digital caricature engagement, photo jackets, and a light tunnel added a modern touch to the traditional settings.
