BuildNXT Conclave 2024 Elevated with Remarkable Experiences
NeoNiche recently curated the BuildNXT Conclave 2024, a Channel Partner meet held from 7th to 9th March 2024 at Radisson Blu, Goa. This event served as a platform for fostering business relationships, recognizing achievements, and setting targets for the upcoming year, with the primary focus on creating an engaging and productive environment for channel partners to meet, discuss targets, and celebrate accomplishments.
NeoNiche was entrusted with the task of managing the overall event planning and production. From pre-event communication to post-event follow-ups, NeoNiche played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the conclave, effectively managing all aspects of communication.
The thematic décor and Rewards & Recognition nights were meticulously designed to create a relaxing and enjoyable ambiance for attendees. The setup and décor were executed flawlessly, aligning with the client’s requirements ensuring a visually appealing environment. Throughout the event, NeoNiche maintained consistency in integrating the theme and concept, enhancing the overall experience for attendees.
In the pre-function area, attendees were greeted with interactive photobooth featuring props for fun and memorable moments. The onsite registration and check-in process was done by NeoFlo – NeoNiche’s very own registration technology, with the help of which the entire process was streamlined giving a smooth and efficient experience for all participants, setting a positive tone for the event.
Entertainment at the event included an interactive LED dance performance that captivated attendees and added a dynamic element to the overall experience.
