AWS Empower India 2023
AWS incepted the first regional event for Hyderabad to bring together leaders from across the country/industry including ministers, secretaries and CXOs from leading corporations. Themed around innovation of technology in startups, enterprises and government, the leaders would come together to talk about how AWS infrastructure will help Hyderabad scale in the next 10 years. NeoNiche started working on the concept and designs post tentative confirmation in the mid-week of December.
A learning outcome for NeoNiche team came from not having a pre-defined brand guidelines from AWS as this wasn’t part of a global event and still being able to come up with not just the master creative but also execute the event flawlessly in a fortnight’s time. Conducted in two different phases at Novotel HICC on January 20, the morning event hosted over 1000 attendees and the evening event was attended by 200 people. The guests engaged in three break-out tracks, multiple panel discussion along with fire-side chat, 7 sponsors and 3 AWS expert booths as well as several engagement and photo-opportunities, including a brand installation.
