The Netmagic DC Launch was a grand event being organized to announce launch of two state-of-the-art data centers namely DC6 (Mumbai) and DC3 (Bangalore).
Considering the equation related to gathering of most important decision makers from the IT Industry, specifically the CIOs and CXOs, who received a first-hand experience of Netmagic’s vision and roadmap in India, the objective was to carefully map every touch point and customize the event flow and experience to meet the digital flair of the grand launch.
The guests were greeted with traditional welcome at The Sheraton, following which they were led to a digital registration keeping in line with the theme of the event.
Post registration, a tour guide took the attendees for a detailed and learning tour of the state-of-the-art data center.
The showcase was divided in three parts; an experience zone dedicated to NetMagic’s contribution to IT industry through its various services, a chroma-key photo opportunity to envision an immersive perception of the attendee being inside the data center, and an illusionist to engage the attendees with unreal card and other tricks.
The launch itself was done to reciprocate digital theme at all touch points, right from creating an in-house launch video to the visual treatment which was tailor made to reflect Digital aura with different moods synchronised differently with different speakers/sessions. An exclusive mobile app was also created with polls and contests on data center which was done live. The set-up incorporated a state-of-the-art curved LED, which was used to bring the grand factor in to the launch.
The event culminated into a networking reception for all eminent attendees along with a course of entertainment and drinks.
The evening was honoured by a great mathematician and a columnist for various national and international mathematical journals and magazines, Mr. Anand Kumar and by live performance of legendary Bollywood and pop singer Hariharan along with his band.
The changeover from session to live performance on stage was done quickly and efficiently to minimize the idle time on stage while ensuring attention to detail.
