Supporting a leading professional services company during the televised launch their latest report
KPMG, a leading global professional services company, compiles an annual report detailing the current outlook for the Media and Entertainment industry while identifying emerging industry trends. To launch this report, CXOs from large media and entertainment houses were invited to discuss the intricacies and delve into the impact on the industry.
After conversing with KPMG for more information about the event and understanding that the event was a televised launch, we decided to share a few unique and creative options for the set-up that would cater to this niche audience while maintain a clean, sophisticated look for the broadcast. KPMG truly appreciated our creativity and enlisted us an execution partner for the event.
As we co-ordinated with KPMG earlier, we already had a few ideas on the look and feel of the entire event. In line with the main stage and podium design, we used visuals of interconnected data points to represent the rise of OTT platforms and applications gaining importance in the industry.
Throughout the event, the key visual was prominently displayed in every piece of branded collateral at the event. After registering themselves, they found an enticing entrance arch with individual layers creating a three-dimensional effect to represent the cascading effects of the current industry trends on the future.
Understanding that the report would have a far-reaching impact, KPMG decided to host a series of panel discussions and bring forward expert advice from prominent industry leaders. A total of three panel discussions were held with unique panellists from prominent media houses to provide unique perspectives and insights.
With large media enterprises such as ET, Bloomberg News, Reuters, Business Today among attendance, the event flowed seamlessly across sessions to ensure a resounding success for the televised event.
