A grand celebration unfurled amidst the beauty of Genting Highlands, Malaysia. The Hero family, comprising 400 esteemed distributors, gathered for the Annual National Parts Distributors Conference (NPDC) 2023, and we at Neoniche were ready to weave magic like never before.
Our exclusive Hero app became a backbone catering to every attendee’s needs. This app had it all – personalized profiles with photos, t-shirt sizes, food preferences, and contact details – you name it! The app provided a chat window for our attendees to network and keep them updated with essential guidelines. It became a beacon, guiding attendees through their journey.
Genting Highlands presented several challenges, which we skillfully addressed with a champion’s spirit. The transport and accessibility hurdles were seamlessly overcome, through meticulous planning. We efficiently managed all the visa processing and ticketing requirements for our esteemed 350 attendees and facilitated seamlessly through our event app. In a thoughtful gesture, we arranged Indian cuisine, ensuring our guests felt at home amidst a foreign backdrop.
Under the theme “ROAR,” we set the stage for a roaring success. The pre-function area buzzed with excitement, showcasing Hero products and hosting the thrilling Digi Run activity. When the event kicked off with the lamp-lighting ceremony, the energy soared to new heights.
The conference itself was a true masterpiece, featuring top-notch speakers sharing their valuable insights. Our guest speaker’s customized presentation ignited a spark of inspiration among the distributors, unveiling untapped opportunities that fired them up.
We kept the engagement level sky-high with our dynamic emcee, AK Rahman. Interactive activities like Vikings Clap and Slido Quiz brought the room to life, fostering connections among the attendees. The reward and recognition ceremony was a moment of pure pride, honoring the distributors’ hard work and dedication.
