CA Technologies wanted to thank its Partners away from the monotony of regular life and in an environment that could raise attendee engagement with positive energy. Bentota, known for its coral-rich dive sites and sandy strip named as Paradise Island became an immediate favourite as the destination.
NeoNiche started on its extensive journey of conceptualisation in venue & hotel management, transfers & logistics, communication, creatives, on-site set up, entertainment & engagement activities, production & management of collaterals and give-aways.
With the destination, came the most unprecedented challenge in the form of Cyclone Ockhi, which created a number of pitfalls and disrupting logistical sequence. Making twice the speed and with exertive manpower, we chased the next to impossible timeline with finesse and pain-staking detail at every point of interaction.
Right from the communication pack being sent to the arrivals and welcome to a unique, thematic experience for 3 days was executed with precise management.
The engagement and entertainment sessions in the theme of ‘Transformers’ formed the highlights of the CA Partner Summit 2017.
Day 1 started with the Human Joystick act to reflect on collective power of partners and their association with CA. A motion sensor triggered, car racing game brought in the sense of partnership with ease and roof-topping energy.
Enthralling décor with a neon theme party on day 1, and Disco Station theme party on day 2 made sure that the partners had glorified and much deserved fun. Entertaining performances by a popular local band ‘Misty’ and Jimmy Felix on either days gave the glove-fit climax to what came down as thoroughly edu-taining 2 days for the attendees.
