Designing a future-forward event for one of the largest tech giants in the world to connect and interact with C-level executives

AWS Cloud Day Ahmedabad 2019


Tech giant Amazon Web Services (AWS) decided to host AWS Cloud Day – Ahmedabad, an exclusive event for C-level executives of their biggest clients designed to educate and inform attendees about the latest technological trends. A few technical sessions and a networking session for senior management across industries also featured as part of the event.

Having worked on AWS Cloud Day the previous year, we were quick to understand the requirements of the project. Being a global company, we paid special focus to their brand guidelines and ensured to craft creative and dynamic visuals in line with their corporate identity.

AWS Cloud Day – Ahmedabad was the pioneer event amidst a 7-city tour of India targeting up and coming cities. Pursuing app development companies in the region, CXOs from start-ups and small and medium businesses (SMBs) were called for the landmark event.

On the day of the event, attendees had the opportunity to interact with renowned senior personnel from AWS and technical experts who would deep dive into their product and service solutions. After a thought-provoking keynote based on the future of technology and security, the stage was separated and fit into two separate hall rooms for individual breakout sessions during the lunch break.

With multiple Partner booths showcasing solutions across the sphere of software and cyber security, attendees were given an opportunity to understand key ancillary services on the forefront of technological developments.

Overall, from the registration process to each individual session, the event flowed seamlessly throughout the entire day. The CXOs were delighted with the structure of the event, knowledge-sharing sessions, the facilitation of choice created by separate breakout sessions and the ease of interaction with other C-level executives and Amazon personnel. The 250+ attendees thoroughly enjoyed the event and AWS was pleased with the management and execution to reiterate their brand values and capabilities through a well-orchestrated event.
