Successfully delivering the AWS Summits projects for 4 years, an urge was instilled to conceptualize best event planning in flow and execute it to the word, on-ground this year.
An experience was created to deliver the seamless flow right from registrations through various sessions to interactive engagement activities for over 7000 attendees in 3 major cities of India.
The attendee interaction was designed keeping in mind the virtues of human behaviour which led our best minds to work out a strategy that covered every touchpoint resulting in a positive walkthrough and engaged stakeholders overall.
The AWS Summit 2018 along with ancillary events (Solutions Day, AWS Partner Summit, Start-up CXO Mixer, Cloud Warrior, Executive Insights and Analytics workshop) was encouraged to keep uniformity in all the cities and all the sessions through technical solutions and production management of set-up.
The main summit had 5258 industry decision makers and top notch CXOs coming together.
A high-energy and enthralling showcase of products and services offered by AWS as well as its 56 sponsors at the exhibition centre. Networking opportunity created in this high-energy environment translated into a knowledge-sharing experience through all point of contacts alike.
